NEW OWNERSHIP!
Four High School friends, who love the clear Keys water, boating, fishing and relaxing have come together to form new ownership of Molasses Keys. Chris, Chip, Jeff and TJ represent the major players in the Molasses Key endeavor. Their love for The Keys began for these four as youngsters during family vacations and continued through sharing the beauty with their own children and now grandchildren. The unmatched waters surrounding the area drove their desire to call Molasses Keys their retreat and respite from the everyday grind. Their intention is to share the oasis with other like minded water lovers while retaining the pristine and untouched tropical beauty of the key.

The Molasses Keys are privately owned islands located on the Atlantic side of the 7 Mile Bridge in the Florida Keys. These three offshore islands are considered sensitive and are home to many species of nesting birds (some considered rare and/or endangered). There are also numerous types of crabs inhabiting the island. The majority of the trees are black, red and white mangroves and are Florida State protected. The islands are surrounded by shallow grass flats, swift tidal channels and living shallow soft and stony coral reefs making it a great home for the protected queen conch, long spiny sea urchin and bahama sea star. There's much more to these islands than mentioned and they are very much a delicate natural treasure.
